  • Yes! We know event planning can be challenging for complete beginners, but it is totally doable with the right tools. To help you get started, we’ve pre-filled templates with sample event planning items, prompts and placeholder images.

  • Absolutely. Every template is fully editable, so you can customise to match your brand and event-specific needs. Easy to edit in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, PDF. No software training required.

  • Absolutely! If you are using our templates to plan an event for a client or workplace, please note that there is a limitation: you are prohibited from claiming or selling the template design as your own. For more detail, please read our Template Policy.

  • We don’t sell individual templates. To maximise value for money for you, we have created collections of templates and tools. We want our event tools to be accessible and affordable, and this is the best way for you to get bang for your buck.

  • We get this question a lot. Only you can know the answer to this question, but we can help you work it out. Generally, it’s best to select your templates based on two things: type of event and the features included. While all our templates are fully customisable, planning your event will be a lot easier if you select a collection of templates that’s already aligned to what you need.

  • Yes absolutely. Our event planning templates are 100% customisable. We made our templates in familiar formats of WORD, EXCEL, PPT, PDF so people with basic computer know-how can edit them easily. You can add your own brand colours, font, images and logo to make them your own.

  • Yes! We provide a selection of sample images for you to see on each product page.

Technical Info

  • We built all our event templates and tools in WORD, EXCEL, PPT, PDF. No need for expensive software or complicated event design software.

  • Within minutes of your purchase, a private download link will be sent directly to your inbox. This link will be active for 24 hours.

    1. Click the link in your email to download the templates from our server to your computer. It will appear as a compressed .zip file in your Downloads folder.

    2. Open your Downloads folder and click on the .zip file to unpack the contents. We recommend you download to a computer/laptop (not smartphone).

    3. And that’s it! You now have all your new templates delivered to your computer and you can start event planning!

    Note: check your SPAM/Junk folder if the email with your order # and download link is not in your inbox.

  • Yes! When you upload Office files to Google Drive, you can edit, comment and collaborate directly on the files when you use Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.

  • Yes! We are happy to help you with issues relating to access and general use of our templates. We offer support via email—we aim to respond within 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

  • It’s totally fine! We've designed these to be user-friendly for the average person. No complicated software knowledge required.

  • Yes. We include a basic Welcome & User Guide with every purchase plus a link to the Template Manual.

  • There are several options available to you:

Payments, Returns, Refunds

  • When you purchase our products you pay once, and own them forever. Enjoy unlimited access to all your files once you’ve downloaded them to your computer.

  • Forever! You are purchasing lifetime use of your new event planning templates, for as long as you keep them.

    You have lifetime use of your event templates because we give you access to download files directly to your computer. Once you’ve got them, they are yours! Note we don’t guarantee lifetime access to our server or updates to the content. If the template has been retired/removed from the store, it will no longer be updated or accessible from our server.

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We want you to feel confident about your purchase so please read the information on each product page carefully. Also check out our Template Policy.

  • Within minutes after purchase, you'll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and payment receipt. You’ll then receive a separate email with your download link. If you haven't received these emails within 15 minutes, first check your junk/spam folder, and then contact us.

  • Even experienced planners hit roadblocks. Coaching helps you solve specific challenges, refine your processes, and make strategic decisions faster. It’s all about saving you time, stress, and the mental load of second-guessing.

  • Event coaching focuses on planning and delivering a successful event. We focus on event design, strategy, timelines, logistics, budgeting, etc.

    Business mentoring supports freelancers and startups with things like positioning, pricing, client communication, and finding your unique key to business success.

    You can choose one or combine both.

  • Absolutely. Many clients book a Quick Start session to tackle one pressing challenge (such as getting an event idea off the ground, building an event timeline, solving a budget issue, or mapping out event roles).

  • Sessions aren’t recorded, but you’ll receive a written recap and clear action steps after each one, so you can stay focused and refer back any time.

  • Once you book, you’ll get a short questionnaire so we can make the most of our time together. No big prep needed, just bring your questions and goals.

  • Most clients choose sessions every 2–4 weeks. You can space them out or book them closer together if you want more intensive support or faster progress.

  • Definitely. I work with clients across Australia, US, UK and beyond. All sessions are held via video call and time zones can be accommodated easily.

  • That’s totally okay. Some clients have started with a general sense of feeling stuck or overwhelmed by a challenge. We’ll work together to clarify your goals and identify the best next steps.

  • Yes! We can review anything from run sheets and budgets to proposals, pitch decks, through to entire event management plans. You’ll get constructive feedback and help to refine your work.
